Meet the Founder
Catherine has dedicated over 25 years to caregiving, driven by a deep passion for serving others. As a seasoned caregiver and the owner of her own assisted living home, she embodies what she calls Massive Empathy—the extraordinary ability to step into someone else’s shoes and truly understand their needs.

Catherine’s journey into business ownership was born out of a painful yet defining moment. While working as an aide in a nursing home, she witnessed the heartbreaking reality of elder abuse and neglect firsthand. A hospice resident under her care was suffering, and though Catherine spoke up—loud and clear—her pleas for help fell on deaf ears. The inaction she encountered felt like a knife to the chest, but instead of silencing her, it ignited a fire within her.

Determined to be the change she wished to see, Catherine built a business dedicated to compassionate, high-quality care—where every individual is seen, heard, and treated with dignity. Today, her vision is bold and unwavering: to eradicate elder abuse and neglect, ensuring that every person receives the care, love, and respect they deserve.
